The Forest of Bowland offers some of the most striking scenery anywhere in the UK.  An unspoilt and welcoming gem.
Clough Bottom is a thriving family-run, conservation-minded, 360 acre organic working farm.  A tranquil haven in a busy world

Stay in one of three recently converted, individually designed stone-built cottages stylishly furnished and beautifully equipped with every modern facility.

Whether you are looking for an action-packed week or a relaxing and restful few days – we aim to provide the perfect holiday experience.

In the summer you’ll want to make the most of the outdoor seating and barbecue whilst listening to the babbling brook.  In the winter make your way to one of the local pubs and find a cosy spot next to a roaring fire.

Spend your time exploring enchanted villages, visit Clitheroe – a friendly and traditional market town with a Norman keep which has dominated the skyline for more than 800 years.  Manchester is just an hour away as is the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

• Go walking or cycling, horse-riding or fishing .
• Visit stately homes and gardens or learn about the Pendle Witches.
• Shop at the Farmer’s Market or take the children on a steam train or on a tractor ride down at the farm!
• There is so much choice that we’ve compiled extensive information packs in our cottages to enable you to make your stay truly memorable.

To complete our warm welcome, you will arrive to a welcome hamper stocked with local produce such as organic Lancashire cheese, Bowland milk and Tea Bread made on the farm.  Jam and Chutney made with fruit picked from the trees around the farm are included as well as the essentials – fairtrade tea and coffee.
